Carleigh Machock, CPA, is the founder of Workflow CFO, leveraging over a decade of experience in both public accounting and as a financial controller. Growing up in a family business, Carleigh has an intrinsic understanding of the unique challenges and needs faced by small enterprises. Her background allows her to provide tailored financial guidance and streamlined accounting solutions that drive success. My Story

My journey in accounting began well before I entered the profession. In high school and college, I worked alongside my dad, helping him grow his startup business. This hands-on experience ignited my passion for small businesses and gave me invaluable insights into their unique challenges and opportunities.

After graduating from Cleveland State University with a Masters of Accounting, I spent six years in public accounting, where I provided accounting and tax services to closely held businesses and their owners. I then transitioned to a role as a financial controller for a construction supply company, where I spent four years as a key member of the leadership team. I helped implement strategic goals that drove growth and operational improvements.

These experiences shaped my vision for Workflow CFO. I wanted to move beyond traditional accounting and tax services to become a true financial partner for businesses. My goal is to provide more than just numbers—offering comprehensive, strategic support to help businesses like my dad's startup thrive.
